I will be sharing the blessings I have received from my Kundalini Yoga practice in the form of a six-week Introduction to Kundalini Yoga course starting on January 21, 2023. The course will consist of six weekly classes (Saturdays at 7:20am) in Glendale, CA. Open to all levels and body types. No competition, just Expansion of Awareness.
What to Expect during a Kundalini Yoga Class:
When we practice Kundalini Yoga, we tune in by chanting ‘Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, calling on our Creator and connecting us to the teacher within.
A Kriya is an exact, dynamic combination of postures, breathing and sound–a complete system that balances body, mind, and soul, and increases mental clarity and physical vitality.
Breath is life energy itself. When we learn how to breathe con-sciously, we can calm our minds and master all aspects of our lives.
Meditation brings awareness and control of our thoughts. Using mantra (sacred sound currents repeated aloud or silently) and mudra (sacred gestures) we can clear negative patterns and connect with our higher consciousness.
